2/ As national #biobanks emerge globally, we are asked often “Why save bio samples? What can you do with them?” - well, I no longer have to say we are saving them for the future. Tomorrow is here today. Nanopore-only #reference #genomes can be T2T AND in situ!🧪

We wrote a paper on that! pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... so far, it’s been life-changing. Not the easiest learning curve, but once you get over a few bumps, it’s hard to use anything else!
