...oof yeah I totally crashed after a month. A lot of things happened within that month that kinda crashed my mental health and I stopped doing the good habits but we forgive and move on, trying to feel and get better one day at a time
I stopped drinking coke as it was pretty much my worst habit, I've lost a bit of weight because of it. Trying to eat more consciously to.. working out great so far!

New year started out great but towards the end of January I got the flu and I'm still in recovery.. the cough won't go away! But I've been getting back into my routine and we're working it!

I'm a bit worried about the safety of my country tbh with the tiktok ban. I didnt use it but 170 mil Americans did. Banning a major app that a lot of peeps used simply because they stated it was to protect against foreign interventions makes me nervous.

I'm actually a little bit sad for the peeps who made a living using tiktok and tiktok shop. I never personally had it, but there was a lot of good stuff peeps created and sold that Americans genuinely enjoyed when it couldn't be bought some where else. Rip, hope they reinstate soon!

Suppose to be a major freeze on Tuesday, thank god I don't work. Working in freezing temperatures to the point it might snow in a southern state is illegal, i am not prepared clothing wise ;-; imma be bundled up as hell Tuesday. Ain't going no where

The whole point of buying the books you are giving to people for Christmas in a bookshop and not online on Amazon is not only to support the bookshop but to accidentally find a number of books you don’t have time for yet feel obliged to buy and take home with you anyway because they are wonderful.
