I think Grenell dubiously uses the word ‘donors’ when accounting for Kennedy Center dining and lodging expenses. These are not philanthropists, giving to the Arts, they are guaranteed to be likeminded, selfish bastards, stuffing money (in)directly into Trump’s bottomless pockets for policy.
