Coffee is my measure- really noticeable. Also think some of the ‘cost of living’ talk disguises how much there needs to be a recognition of current climate change on why cost of living is rising

I don’t understand this either. What is the point of more than you need when there are so many people in such great need (housing/food/safety)

Have got myself into a lovely position that how much I work has elements of choice. A major factor we know contributes to happiness is about having choice / autonomy in how work, for how long and how much.

One of the initiatives I know McDonald’s is doing is working with the Global Centre for Contextual Safeguarding at Durham university because it has recognised that staff and customers need safeguarding and culture needs changing. Expected that would be referenced here. Perhaps beyond remit of piece

Children not featuring in policy decisions during covid and a stupid (imv) expectation that life can resume as usual after 2 years of disruption which impacted most on those disadvantaged by having least access to money/decent housing/ outside space/health/social connections

Feels true to me too. I feel much better when I am warm as well. I definitely wear clothes for warmth including gloves indoors
