Brilliant. Learning to type was mandatory in my school ..late 70s. When the office computer came to the fore the young folks amazed at how I could accurately type and hold a face 2 face conversation with them at the same time.

Wish I had your optimism, but I like to think Jeffrey Hinton knows a bit more about what's coming down the line and he's not so optimistic. So if you want to give your kids advice maybe being a plumber or a hairdresser (hairdressers after all are our human therapists) would be good lead.

Suspect those interviewed didn't vote reform. Maybe try the next street, you know, the one full of the bald middle aged men and you might get a different answer because somebody put them in their without engaging a brain cell?

Wait until they all become ripped, frayed, tatty at the ends and they're flying by one cable tie. Here's the rub, those who put them up won't be so keen to go around and take them down again. It'll cost local councils a fortune to get them removed. Some patriotism!

Ah! That post just jolted the memory bank of me with the kangol drill retrieving the 3 day lost hamster from the cavity wall in the living room. We face popped out of the hole to great me. Kids were delighted.
