And to drop a little clue in the meantime, my physics research directly relates to this!

Actually I think it would be easier to show the neutrino is massless in electron capture decay that only emits an electron neutrino. Will explain why next…

I think I can show how the neutrino is massless in 3 particle muon decay. The kinetic energy + the rest mass has to add up to exactly the rest mass of the muon before decay.

I definitely think the left handed neutrino is massless kinetic energy similar to what a photon is. But the right hand neutrino which is the Majorana antiparticle has negative mass. We have LH massless 1/2 fermion with its RH as a scalar boson that has negative mass I believe.

When a free neutron is outside of the nucleus, there would be a disturbance in the W - field, this disturbance would make the -1/3 charge down quark in the free neutron become a 2/3 charge up quark thus transforming it into a proton.

The idea of a virtual W - boson actually decaying into an electron & antielectron neutrino just doesn’t seem right with me and isn’t exactly what is happening in reality.

I have a better more accurate idea about this and I would like to see if you agree? Thank you Prof. Strassler
December 14, 2024 at 9:33 PM
Excellent. Thank you Prof. Strassler. That makes 100% sense. You are the best in the business. So in reality it’s not really a virtual W - boson decaying into an electron and antielectron neutrino shown in Feynman diagrams correct like this?
December 14, 2024 at 8:48 PM
That is funny. Prof. Johnson I saw you wrote briefly about SUSY in your book. I have come to realize the neutrino is a supersymmetry particle. I would bet my life on it. 😱 I just wrote to John Ellis and I will see if he replies to my email.

Solar cosmic rays creating muon particles in the Earth’s upper atmosphere would rapidly decay to an electron, Majorana electron/antielectron neutrino and a Majorana muon/antimuon neutrino but the Majorana electron/antielectron neutrino can flavor oscillate to a Majorana muon/antielectron neutrino 😱
November 16, 2024 at 6:12 PM
But I just read this and this is very interesting 😳

So the neutral beauty meson when it travels can flavor oscillate from superposition neutral down quark/anti bottom quark to another flavor of neutral superposition strange quark/antibottom quark.

Have to research this more. Whoa 🤯

The neutral charm meson is a superposition Majorana fermion but more technically and correct a Majorana scalar composite boson.

The neutral charm meson can oscillate between its matter & antimatter masses. This is what the neutrino does.

Just read your article. You are a very talented writer!

You said here (picture below). It is quite obvious the neutrino is in Majorana superposition and it is not a Dirac particle. It definitely seems the neutrinos don’t get their mass coupling to the vacuum energy or VEV of the Higgs field.

Hi Marcus, just saw this. Thank you! Will read it tonight! BTW, I just accurately calculated the exact masses of both the electron and muon neutrinos.
