San Sebastian Burnt Basque Cheesecake.
24 ounce cream cheese, (softened to room temperature)
1½ cup sugar
6 eggs room temperature
2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
⅓ cup all purpose flour
425°F Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

Pan Braised Beef Spaghetti: Corned Beef (leftovers), Onion, Garlic & Jalapeno Powder, tomatoes, a little Salt & Pepper & Creme, a little extra cornstarch stirred in to lock in the consistency of the soup, and finally the boiling gravy meld drizzled over the top, done in 25 mins! #BBQmunity
