I haven't posted in my #liaEats tag in a while... I made egg rolls last weekend, froze them, and fried them yesterday for Teal's karaoke event!

I think people liked them :)
A large glass mixing bowl full of unmixed ingredients: shredded carrots, shredded jicama, cut beanthread noodles, cut woodear mushrooms, diced onions, ground pork, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and fish sauce. Lia's setup before rolling. A white cutting board, a bowl of flour-water, egg roll wrapper sheets, and the mixed egg roll filling in a large glass mixing bowl. Spring rolls frying in hot canola oil inside a black cast iron pan. Cooked golden brown egg rolls on paper towels.

Oh yeah... I forgot to post the "Pokemon from Memory with Aphantasia" segment from yesterday <:3c
Gloom, Vulpix, Espeon, and Forretress. Lia got Forretress completely wrong. They drew a second Pokemon that more resembles Forretress from memory but... (it looks like a ball with eyes and 4 spokes coming of out it.) I think the first idea of Forretress they drew was based on Pineco but it's also Very Wrong. Arcanine (Lia wrote Growlithe on accident), Octillery, and Zubat. Lia did OK with these! Arcanine is missing their chest fluff. Jumpluff, Dunsparce, Marill, and Sableye. Lia drew Dudunsparce somehow. The Sableye is a little wide. Wigglytuff, Torchic, Feraligatr, Bulbasaur, and Mawile. Lia drew Feraligatr like a blue Godzilla and Mawile has no arms. Not bad overall though!
