FedEx is holding packages until people pay Trump’s tariffs or they are sending the packages followed up by a bill. They are paying the tariff on behalf of the buyer and then billing the RECIPIENT for reimbursement. You could RECEIVE a gift this season from someone and end up with a tariff bill!
