Every single fucking employee I talk to tells me it's the last time I'll have to talk to them or go through the whole thing and then it's never actually resolved and they keep sending shit to my email and my house. It doesn't matter how many reference numbers I have they do not resolve fuck all

Their chat bot is total shit and it's not equipped to resolve or understand and of this. My bank is on my side but if Xfinity keeps saying I have an outstanding balance they can try to send it to collections. What the actual fuck? What am I supposed to do?
