If any other player in the NHL - say Matthews, either Tkachuk, Eichel - anyone not Canadian or Black - reporters would say how cool it is and celebrate it. But not with Evander Kane. And that's because reporters would rather make mountains out of molehills because they are shit at finding scoops.

Reading the egregious trade offers for Quinn Hughes from New Jersey Devils. Hamilton for Hughes? Hamilton barely moves the needle. Hamilton and Hischier probably. Some have the other two going the other way? In what reality would all three Hughes brothers play in Canada let alone ONE? My god.
