I've watched three tutorials on the new Figma / MCP stuff. From what I see, it's a fast way to export from Figma into React withing Cursor/Windsurf/etc. React export has existed via plugins for years. Yes, this is more convenient if you use vibe coding tools, but am I missing something?

I don’t think designers should be assigned to product teams. Sure they can and will work on product problems but they should be assigned to strategic initiatives and programs. This assures that there is holistic systems thinking and coherence across the entire experience.
