thank you for the advice! i can't use earplugs, sadly. i used to and they were great, but now it makes my breath even louder to me ;o; i keep my window a/c running on fan mode all night, but sometimes that's not even enough. i've thought about earbuds with music but i have to hear my alarm ;~;
