Only 3 weeks after going back to swim coaching I am already considering sacking my aviation job off and going full time coaching. So much more rewarding and penny drop moments in practically every session. 33 years in aviation and very rarely had that kind of buzz. That says it all.

Saturday always starts with a big walk with the Labrasaurus. Beautiful autumn colours in Norfolk at the moment and such a peaceful way to pick off a hectic weekend ahead.
