Me too! And then claiming that it’s the bright shiny new thing when I can remember something from years and years ago that was just the same. Maddening! So little interest in historical review - and no doubt then offering expensive training in the supposedly new shiny approach!

While I spot you posting - can I say how engrossed I am in your survivor’s guide - it’s taking me a long time to read because I keep having to double back on paragraphs to delight in your use of language, metaphor & ability to encapsulate complex issues in a few well chosen words. Thank you.

Valuable diagnosis of the problems and issues - but will you venture your own philosophy of purpose? - as a way out of the maze?
