Added 32 more boots-on hiking miles for #nhs1000miles this week. Highlights were THOSE #LakeDistrict inversions at the beginning of the week. Lemur spotting in rainforest at Andasibe. Will post #nhs1000miles next week. Due to violent protests in Madagascar, UK govt advice is to leave right away - so we’re on our way home, sadly losing half our trip. Wishing a peaceful and just solution for the Malagasy people

We got married in Canada in 2003 - 11 years before it was lawful in England & Wales. We lost our marriage equality case in the High Court in 2006 - but we're on the right side of history!
