I didn’t realize he was American. Now I get it. He thinks the British claiming this as British cuisine is cultural appropriation. It doesn’t matter to him that the person who invented it is an Asian Britain. In Scotland. He’s still a racist idiot but now it makes sense.

The anthem booing was Trump. The fighting between the US and Canada in the prelims happens when international tournaments are run by the NHL. There were 2 fights in 20 seconds in 1996. And they’ve fought in other World Cups.

Glad he’s gone, it’s not clear that the replacement will be an improvement, but I really hope that all Syrians can live peacefully, rebuild their country, and that those who have waited to return can go home.

They’ll insist on a full NMC for the entire contract. Trouba and Goodrow were vulnerable bcs they had a NTC (and were overpaid for their performance).
Even w/a NMC a team could sit a player to try and get what they want but it’s much less likely if they’re in cap trouble.

Bob Gainey’s HOF membership should have been revoked for the Gomez trade. And yes, I know he was in as a player, not a builder. It was that awful.
