Within 5 miles of a population center for BLM land? I present to you cherished desert within 5 miles of Grand Junction CO with no water, no utilities, and a whole lot of rock, lizards, and cacti. How much would it cost to make it “developable”?

In my former place of residence I had a redbud with the most fabulous colors. I can’t grow one where I am now and I really miss it!
