I’d add for AS and IC, you can seek agreements outside your institution. Many rural hospitals and nursing homes without ID physicians are willing to pay for these services.

A great way to combine #4 and #5 into tele-stewardship!

Influenza vaccines for this year are about 50% effective against all severity of influenza in adults and slightly more effective in young children, about 62% against severe infections. This is a good level of protection and it matters. Get a flu shot🧪
