Our dm is working hard

I enjoy watching other people play dnd though (dimension 20 anyone…). It just feels like a lot of pressure when I play and it feels like the other people have expectations that I can’t meet

I am in the second category (I hate dnd). I find it hard enough to talk to people as me, and role playing as a character doesn’t make it any easier. More often than not I’m silent throughout the whole session. Plus there’s no social norms in dnd so how do I know how to act ?????

This is the first month that I’m noticing a correlation between my brain shitting its pants and pmdd. Is there any research on this?

And I’ve noticed a significant increase in the ‘forgetting what I’m doing’ phenomenon the past few days
