I'm currently making adult mods for Valve's Deadlock. Not very active.

Paige is back! Unfortunately I couldn't reuse anything from my original model so I had to recreate the mesh and textures. As usual any ideas and feedback are welcome!

Luckily for me I could re-use the textures from Midnight Mina, so all I had to do was re-create the body! I also took some extra time to work a bit on improving some parts of her textures while I was at it. #Deadlock

I tried McGinnis next, but I couldn't get it quite right, so I chose to do Yamato next! Her original model has gray skin (I assume its skin?) but i chose to use her head/face as a color reference instead. As always if you have any ideas on how to improve her base further let me know! #Deadlock

Lady Geist is next up, this time previewed with Cycles so she looks a bit better than my other previews. If you are paying attention you might notice I've skipped Holliday and Ivy for reasons... but don't worry, they will be here soon enough! #Deadlock

Next up is Haze, I'm not quite sure what to do with her since there is nothing describe her appearance or what she even is. This is currently the WIP that I have. Let me know what you think she would look like!

Working on base models for the whole female deadlock cast, staring alphabetically with Calico (not final). My plan is to work on all the models at once for consistency and efficiency (and my workflow has improved a lot since I started so I wanted to redo my existing models while reusing what I can).

In between all the Mina fixes and programming I've done some prep for some other characters you might recognize. No texturing or rigging yet, still prioritizing optimizing compilation, finalizing Mina, and then reworking some older models.

I think I've figured out a way to be able to change bodygroups of an already compiled file! If I can make this work the time to compile new versions of a mod would be practically 0. In theory you could also change the bodygroups yourself in something like a mod manager.

I've updated my Mina mod to work with the new update! It does however offset her aiming animation, so I'll fix that in an upcoming update along with some skirt physics and shading issues.

With the new version, I'm removing the collar (and moving it to the tops) so that I only have to compile half as many things. Another thing I'm doing is moving out the animation files into the textures .vpk to reduce duplication and reduce the file size. Half of the .vpk compressed are now only 6MB!

Thank god for a deadlock patch, but did it have to break a mod I released 6 hours before. Already working on a fix, also going to use this to fix some other stuff.

Just released "Midnight" Mina!

This mod includes a custom model for Mina that includes removeable clothing, cloth physics, jiggle physics and a nude body.

Mina is done! Should be uploaded within a day. There's a couple minor issues I've noticed (hero select has two faces and some physics are a bit iffy) but I think I can bandaid fix the hero select fairly easily. Ended up being 246 MB for everything.

After running my program for 3 hours (I manually stopped it), it only compiled 300 variations... totalling 4.7GB (~450MB when compressed). There is no way I can do all of this lmao.

Just did the math, my Mina mod has ~1500 combinations (There's only 10 options, they add up quick!). I'm writing a tool that'll help me automate this process but I might have to cut down on some less impactful options.

Still working on Mina, I've learned how to do proxy cloth meshes (so her skirt now moves like an actual skirt ;) ) and have moved onto cloth chains for jiggly bits. CSDK12 is awesome and lets me preview a lot more stuff in-editor.

Currently moving over my models to newer modding tools. It shouldn't take long, but it will eat into the time I have. Newer tools are very cool though, with proper lighting, material editing and more now included directly.

I just uploaded another mod for Deadlock! This time its a nude Holliday skin. Unfortunately it doesn't feature a lot of variations due to issues with the model.
