In middle school, my teacher told us that William Penn won Pennsylvania by having his nephew compete in a footrace against natives in the area, and that the nephew cheated.

To this day, I still don't know why they blatently made it up. I tried googling, and I couldn't find any record of a footrace.

Brennan Lee Mulligan is brilliant for saying this

"You put rocks in the bag. you carry it as long as you can. and then you find somewhere you love, and you put the rocks down."

But, I don't think he expected anyone to pick up this many rocks 😭
