Aghast at Father's insinuation that they may need a bath
Two dogs, one borzoi and one lab cross, lay snuggled together on a leopard print blanket, facing the same direction. The borzoi especially looks distressed.

Both front feet are done! I think I'm gonna work on the back foot to balance him so when I work on the chest or doesn't get to top heavy and lose balance.

I keep calling this little man the standardbearer because he's bearing a standard but that's wrong, apparently 🙄
A Hammer of Sigmar figure who may or may not be stormborn eternal (I don't play I just paint). I painted him in tarnished gold and blue because that was the colour scheme of the only finished model. He has a big standard that has a skeleton on it and so I keep calling him a standard-bearer which annoys my fiance. Apparently he is a chaplain or something. I decided if I paint them I get to name them. These figures have sat unpainted since the game came out.

She has spines! It's hard to get a good angle of depth with my bad camera/unpainted sculpey lmao. I crashed out a bit on creative work for a while but am back at it.

We got our much needed vacation! An assortment of my favourite photos. We picked up 4 empty oak wine barrels to use for our wedding decor, and we bought 39 Bottles of wine oops.
My fiancee and myself at a portugese-themed tapas restaurant in the Okanagan, watching quails run down the veranda railing Our 4 oak barrels which will hold up the cedar slab for our bar at our wedding. This photo was taken on my parents' property by their deck, which overlooks the d cedar barn and the orchard. There are two Pinot noir barrels, and two chardonnay barrels. The difference is the Pinot noir barrels 8 tightly spaced metal bands reinforcing them, while the chardonnay have 6 bands in a looser spacing. The view overlooking one of the wineries we visited, with sloping hills of grapes planted in the background. In the front, mustard and wildflowers have been planted to protect from soil erosion. The view from Painted Rock winery in the Okanagan. In the forefront, lavender blooms over a small rock wall. In the middle ground, Cabernet Franc grapevines are growing, looking green and lush. In the background, a craggy rise of rock and pine pushes up into a bright blue sky with the hint of a thundercloud encroaching from the left side.

I had a major setback on my forest dragon and had to start from the basic form all over again but it's back to where I'm happy with the progress again!
