Onto happier things, I started sketching an idea on paper almost a year ago, and this week I decided to pick it up again. My intention is to make it look like a Tolouse-Lautrec-esque, 1900s magic act poster. Hopefully I get to finish it this year lol.

Coming up with a "brand" name/logo design for any craft or costuming commissions I undertake in the future. I want to pull from ancient alchemy but the more I try to understand the language, the more it hurts my brain.

I'm trying to order a second hand book from a German website and the seller says they only ship to countries within the European Union, so I wrote in my parent's address in Spain...
Do they know something I don't???

I haven't touched this in 4-5 months and I thought it needed a lot of cleaning and redrawing left to do. But I sort of like how it looks? I want to re-write the name at he bottom, clean up the neck cut (it's supposed to be gold foil) and tweak the smoke opacity. But I don't hate it, so huzzah!
