Guess I'm looking to get a pull behind dethatcher come spring (and probably an aerator too). Knew the lawn was gonna need a lot of work next year. Did approx a 500 sq st area just to see how bad it was, almost filled a 32 gallon trash can.

First big project done. Replaced all the old dirty insulation in the attic. Probably was an R15 when the house was built, but settled to like an R10 over the 70 some years. Air sealed everything and blew in R50.

Not perfect, but better than the 2 8x10 inch gapping holes. Be curious how much fixing that alone will improve heating/cooling. Did also go around an seal all the joints and stuff too.
