At this time last year, I had been standing outside for 9 hours. Kamala Harris was taking the stage at Carrie Blast Furnaces outside of Pittsburgh for a night-before-Election-Day rally, and the crowd of thousands were hoping Katy Perry's setlist wouldn't include "Woman's World."

I just met a new cat while I'm out walking and called it over and sat down to pet him, and some guy yelled from down the street, "That's my cat! I've never seen him go to a stranger before!" My day has peaked.
