The car battery died so I charged it and got it going again. Then the a/c compressor blows a seal and dumped all the oil out. So here it is, summer and we have no ac in the car. F*#k my life. I'm ready to call it now.

As we approach the holidays... To Christian friends, Merry Christmas. To Jewish friends, Happy Hanukkah. To atheist and agnostic friends, Happy Holidays. All of those things are meant to be expressions of good will. Don't make them into weapons... there is plenty of that in the world already.

You need to know it's common for trauma survivors to feel guilt about setting limits, up to & including "no contact," w/ people who trigger us-- but that guilt doesn't mean it was a bad decision.
