What the heck is a “non-complicit sex offender”?

How can someone be “arrested for” being a non-complicit sex offender?

(People are arrested for *crimes* and that is not a crime I’m aware of)
maybe we wouldn't be finding dead bodies in wooded areas outside of transit stops that are under construction if we weren't evicting encampments and chasing people to the outskirts of society. elizabeth shaffer links to a map drawing exactly where

There are weeks when I look ahead and have no option but to think “my god. It’s not humanely possible to get through all this.”

And then, invariably, I somehow manage, while also still being able to chill with kiddo for a little while each evening, and still mostly doing good for my clients.

I thought the aches of age would at least be accompanied by relief from random pimples.

This shit’s a scam.

How exactly does a betting market “resolve differences of opinion,” which he identifies as one of the product’s functions?
The co-founder of Kalshi says: " The long-term vision is to financialize everything and create a tradable asset out of any difference in opinion."

Folks. There are only 168 hours in a week.
Sen. Roger Marshall on Trump's health: "I'll work 110 hours a week. He outworks me. He's the first person I've ever known that works harder than I do. He runs around that golf course. He's in incredible shape right now. And you talk about sharp! He's playing 4 dimensional chess"

Great example of how writers can use passive voice to distort what actually happened.

One reason for the resistance may be that once you admit its murder you have to also admit what has been occurring is serial murder.
Lotta people expressing broadly correct opinions but nevertheless doing everything they can to avoid plainly saying the word murder.

Something that *everyone* who publishes about this refuses to acknowledge:

When the pandemic came the push from the top—Feds on down—was “we don’t care, get the money out the window.”

AND not enough people talk about the extent to which the approach may have saved the economy.
Commentary: Minnesota’s reputation has been badly damaged. As worrisome: tens of thousands of Somali-Americans have been slandered. And now the community will face the terror of ICE. But it all started with the Walz administration’s feckless failures. minnesotareformer.com/2025/12/02/f...

He should consider respecting our intelligence, and coming clean about how he and key people in his administration failed us. It would be a start.

Started reading the wind in the willows to kiddo.

I’m sorry people. This book is … terrible.

I’ll give it a few more nights. But whoo boy it’s a bad start.

I like mesanvi. Kid rocked for Crows. Team says they’re negotiating with him. Hope that has a happy resolution.
#MNUFC contract decisions are out.

Kipp Keller, Sam Shashoua, Loïc Mesanvi, and Robin Lod had their options declined.

But the release says "the club is undergoing... negotiations" with Lod, Mesanvi, and Dayne St. Clair, which is often - but not always - a signal that they're all but signed.
