I grew Uchiki Kuri (Cucurbita Maxima L) pumpkin. I got two from one huge plant. Pictured weighs 2.45 kg. Has a thin skin so can be eaten. Air fryer roasted with a little olive oil. It's delicious. Sweet, nutty, slightly earthy, a very mild flavour. Cleaned and dried, the seeds can be roasted too
