Bronze feels like too obscure of a color for a transit map. Is it used in any other transit systems?

Not sure if that’s traditional but it feels right

The holidays really highlight just how much some people in our family shop at bezos dot com and that really grosses me out. Just a reminder that, at a minimum, you can do a search on Google Shopping and click “nearby” or “small business” to help find alternatives.

Not sure how long this is up for, but if you log in, add it to your cart, and check out, it processes as free with free shipping.

If you’re an artist or musician, even if you haven’t yet sold any merch through Square, it might be worth getting one of these for free in case you need it later.

Do you have questions about municipal snow clearing that you'd like to ask someone in St Paul public works?
I get to interview someone about municipal snow clearing on Monday so send over any questions you have!

We'll be covering mostly Saint Paul and some general Minnesota roads, sidewalks, bike lanes and how we prepare for winter storms and respond after the snow has fallen.

Check below if you live somewhere with snow/ice & want to deal with icy walkways environmentally consciously & cost-effectively.

TL;DR:

Salt & other chemical alternatives are harmful to pets' paws as well as water/soil.
Cat litter additives harm water/soil.

1– Cherry stone grit (reusable!)
2–Sand
Environmentally conscious friends, what are your salt alternatives & advice for icy walks?
Icy sidewalks? Use salt sparingly. A good salt spread has each grain at about three inches apart.
