I feel like this needs to be said more often, but if someone calls you claiming to be from the bank or IRS and says you need to Zelle them money to clear up any owed balance PLEASE DO NOT. Claims get denied all the time because technically the customer willingly sent it 😔

Brain decided not to like the meds I'd been on for a year, so now I get to look at switching (...yay) just a friendly neighborhood reminder that treatment isn't linear. It's hard and it's annoying with ups and downs but you'll get there 🫶
