If you haven’t already, read _Careless People_. Excellent, and damning.

I'm curious what makes her awful. Honestly asking. Much of the FP's work was interesting and useful if you wanted to hear a diversity of opinions. Are you referring to personal behavior? If you're just taking shots, don't bother responding, but I am honestly asking.

Awesome. Appreciate you.

hmm. I don't think we agree on how adults should communicate. Wishing you all the best.

Incorrect. Not sure if I was unclear or if you’re intentionally trying to make my argument simplistic. I strongly 100% prefer one side of this equation, but the idea that a party isn’t accountable or shouldn’t be criticized because you like them more is ludicrous (and dangerous).

That’s not what I’m suggesting at all. I already stated who I thought was the _way better_ choice, but the original post suggested that criticism of the Biden White House and its disingenuousness were irrelevant. Completely disagree.

This is pure delusion. Nothing is irrelevant about both parties treating the public with the respect of running good leaders. The fact that Trump is the worst most of us can imagine doesn’t change this. Please Dems do the work of reflection.

Hello! I focus on leadership development especially in healthcare. My areas of focus are burnout prevention and whole-hearted leadership. Good to be connected! ❤️

Disagree. Part of why we're in this mess is treating everyone like there are only two ideas, good and bad. I think Trump is vile and most of his ideas juvenile, but take each person on their merits. Of course date who you want, but do some thinking. 🙏

I do a lot of burnout prevention with healthcare workers and one of my first slides quotes a retired nurse: “don’t tell them to do anymore damn yoga!”

Your post made me smile. Godspeed on your work! 🙏🏻❤️

Reprehensible. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this. 🙏🏻💔

They do, all the time. I know because they tell me in coaching. If what you're wondering is why do unqualified people (some of them white guys) think they're competent, it's lack of self-awareness. _Careless People_ is a fantastic (and horrible) depiction, but one of the leaders is female, fyi.

Appreciate you, @mcuban.bsky.social , and I can't agree more!

I actually can't believe an adult would dismiss all ideas from 50% of the population, but it seems to be pretty common.

Wishing you the best. Let's all do what we can.

Well to each their own, but the idea that the left hasn't supported women fully is worth considering, so if you don't listen to real concerns, then you'll continue to make these errors. You and all your friends may agree on everything, so you're not even hearing reasonable blind spots.

I detest Trump, but I’m absolutely not going to shut something down without reading deeply. If you have, then I respect your decision of course. We need fewer echo chambers, not more.
