Apologies. You won’t see me again

Probably graduated because I plowed the next door driveway of the secretary of the art department’s dean. She made all of the slides.

Lived with books about 75 of 77 years. Education is a magic key to a better life. Autodidacts wallow in new things.

Wow!! It sounds like you might have more books than I do!! When I built my house I had shelves built just to hold my books. I even had shelves put in the garage. And they are full. 🤣

My partner had a radical mastectomy in ‘96 & lived another 21 years.
It seemed at the time that women came out of everywhere with their own tales on hearing the news.

Anyone showing off their tits is a performer. Who did it best, Tina Turner?
I’m here for breast cancer survivors and saddened by the losses.

One necessity for the bar exam is literacy & reading comprehension.

Lucky. Looked for used books in England. A friend in London said that we needed a guide on an ‘88 trip. It is still a classic just for the author’s rapier wit.

Mother was a k-12 librarian, accepted for a MLS at Columbia, she decided to stay home.
Partner of 41 years was a k-6 volunteer librarian for a decade. Her children took ~400-500 books when she died & I am left with ~1,200 scattered about on 26 shelves. A possible post apocalyptic library.

There was a house wrecking yard that saved old mantle pieces, cabinets and book shelves about 10 minutes away, ‘61-‘62. All of the books were on long tables in a warehouse. Saturday’s with my father when I was 13-14.

I can relate! I love to read. I used to go to estate auctions for books and I got a lot of mine that way.

Apologies. I will put a trigger warning on future posts. Art history classes showed 50 slides in 45 minutes and they all might be on the final exam.

Collected books 60 years, used book crawls were a treat. Two used paperbacks set me off to read many books by each author. A free library in a bar had “Justine” by Lawrence Durrell, read 37. Bought “The Wasp Factory” by Iain Banks & read 32.

Summer 1968 Glen Campbell took over the Smothers Brothers Show & showed 2 semesters of art history in 3 minutes. It’s Classical Gas by Mason Williams.

Well, here's my shitpost for that, brother: Music is one of the Arts. Probably the first of them. Likely the most important of them 🙏
