Laughable whataboutery. Of course people have to eat. However, the vast majority of crops are fed to livestock animals. It takes up to 12kg of plant feed to produce 1 kg of meat (aka baby animal corpse). You appear to be just looking for excuses. Try learning something, it might help you.
