There's water on the move in #AshlwncuttingLNR and while it's not conducive to walkers with cameras that aren't waterproof it does suit birds looking for places to bathe. See ALTxt

The finale of the great TV comedy show Blackadder goes Forth.
Back then I didn't expect one of the funniest programmes ever to end with a scene that makes me cry every time I see it.
Every single time.

Very unexpected little visitor to the ivy on Saturday morning - and seemed much larger than usual! The photobombing greenbottle is trying on butterfly-wings. A third generation this late in the year is apparently unusual, but could be a sign of our changing times.

🏡At the end of last week our CEO Brian Eversham wrote to MPs in our region urging them to support an amendment to the current Planning and Infrastructure Bill to protect nature.
Please support by adding your name to the campaign before Wednesday
Email your MP. Amendment 130 would make sure the new planning systems works for, not against nature.demand they keep amendment 130 in the Bill
It's now or never. This is the last chance to protect nature in the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Email your MP to keep amendment 130 in the Bill.

The long awaited Curriculum Review is out today. There is a general aspiration to increase environment and climate change across the board but there are no specifics and no mention of the Natural History GCSE.

This is a wasted opportunity to move the agenda forwards.
