In hindsight that seems like a great move, but it’s accidental.
Do I love developing people? Yes! Building talent? 100% Doing 36 1:1s per week? Nope. Keeping my hands in the “craft” is what makes me happy. The best advice #UX professionals should be giving to Jr folks is “know thyself.”
