I've been working towards it but I did my first full 5k tonight (I forgot to start recording until I had been walking for about 5 minutes 😅) but once I drop a bit more weight I'm going to add some more jogs into the mix to cut down on my time. #5k #walking #workout #3.1miles #mentalhealth

One of the best things you can do for your mental is to start a regular exercise regiment. it can be a walk or just some squats before your shower! Even some.light stretching or jumping jacks! time to hit the bag and practice form just in case I encounter an #Elon fan. Which is also good for mental!

We have more than half of the country... Our friends, families and neighbors who, (even if they try to explain Elon Musks intentions away) just flat out refuse to say Nazi's are bad.
