I can’t believe it! It’s finally done. As you might know, I love daily puzzle games like Wordle, Connections, and Sudoku, so I made one! It’s so weird to me that I ACTUALLY built this thing from idea to execution. It’s called Word Case, and you can play it now!

@aptshadow.bsky.social 1) Two Hugo noms in one year in the same category is CRAZY work. 👏 2) The metaphor in Alien Clay about communication of dropping a pebble in a well and trying to read the ripples completely blew my mind. I was listening to the audio book and literally paused it to process.

Sure—when it has been tried—the percentage of people on SNAP benefits who come back positive on drug tests is infinitesimally small. But have you considered that people on drugs also deserve to eat?

It just goes back to the same unflinching hypocrisy. Morality is only important so long as it’s expedient.
I don’t think they actually care that their president is a pedophile because they also don’t care when it’s their pastor or their grandpa or their brother or their “promising young men”.

Man! Words are weird. Sometimes the synonyms of a word carry a completely different connotation than the word itself. Those instances make this game DIFFICULT. But SO satisfying when you finally get it. 🙌
