Well thats work done for this year. Thought I would share 12 pics of my year. Before I get ready for tonight. Been an eventful one turned 40, lost weight, came out and made a bench from scrap wood. Oh and had a hair system fitted, which lasted a week £600🤦♂️

I hit a massive milestone today, I reached the goal weight I set myself when I started tracking my weight. Before I started tracking, I had got to 17st. I'm now healthier and have even joined the gym. I didn't realise how much I changed until I saw this pic 😲

Last Saturday it was our last night in benidorm. Being sensible, we said, "Let's go back at 1am as the coach comes at 8am." This video shows how it all went wrong, and at 5am, we were ordering pizza after many cocktails and bacardi's. Safe to say we made the coach. Just not in a great state.🤦♂️
