One of the many justifications/rationalizations for buying a 3D printer and spending the time to learn the Fusion 360 design software was to try and invent a secure drawer closure for our Sprinter's kitchen cabinet. This is my latest try.

Our local beach here in Half Moon Bay was inundated by Vellela vellelas today from a storm that rolled through. The colors were spectacular. Bummer for the hundreds of thousands of them that perished. Drone photo from ~150 feet above the beach with the DJI Air3S.

Such a tragedy at DCA. This pilot has a detailed breakdown of what likely happened and why. He’s very experienced (777 pilot I think) and walks through the Air Traffic Control recordings before, during and after the crash. May their memories be a blessing.

Walking the dogs this morning in Half Moon Bay and my wife said "is that the sun?" and I shot a quick burst of photos, and when I downloaded them later, I was shocked to see that I had captured a few frames with an airliner in them. Shot with a Canon R5 and Sigma 500/4 lens.
