All of above + well designed processes. Was in A&E last week & the amount of time wasted was staggering. One nurse comes from one door calling someone who’s just gone off in the other direction with another nurse. Searching nurse then spends minutes looking. Happened multiple times in 10 hours there

When are GP practices going to be mandated to go digital? Our practice has used COVID as the excuse to regress 40 years and only take appointments by phone - but can never get through as the phones are blocked & receptionists over worked and stressed because of it
