finished up the "Katt Shea stripper movie trilogy" with Dance of the Damned

it has the same great dance routines with lots of props but now there's a vampire instead of a slasher. Also Starr Andreeff is a very pretty woman.

-the ending of The Public Enemy is amazing. Bleak as hell but a stunning image. James Cagney might be good.

-Whenever I watch a Kirsten Dunst movie I get a little mad that those Spider-Man movies had teenage me believing she was a bad actress. She's incredible!

The Stripped to Kill movies rule. I thought they were gonna be typical softcore erotic thrillers but they're really American giallos. Not surprised to read Katt Shea cite Argento as a big influence on them.

I love this filmography. Erotic thriller exploitation 'trash' to family friendly Nancy Drew stuff. Maybe I should watch all of these.

Mere days ago this man was terrified of skeleton decorations. He would flee the room and cry! Now he has the courage to wave them around and make "oooooo" noises. Incredible personal growth!

We watched Harry and Walter Go To New York last night, Elliott Gould and James Caan are two dipshit 19th century con artists who try and rob a bank. Apparently its got a bad reputation but I thought it was great. Audiences in 1976 just weren't ready for it.
