When you panic and sell, stock prices get lower for him. And then he and his friends buy your stock at a discount. And then you lose money and he makes more. Is it unethical and illegal. Yes. He doesn’t care.

Understand this: The Orange Menace wants (a) for his ego to swell, (b) to be richer, and (c) for his friends to be richer. Nothing else. As President he can and will take steps that tank the market and then recover the market. He knows when he’ll make his moves and will buy/sell accordingly.
