🚨 NH’s market isn’t just tight—it’s teetering on full crisis.
🏠 Statewide active listings: 1,173
⏳ Current inventory = 2 months (not even close to balance)
Until we get more homes, only going to get worse.

What’s next? Zoning reform & development⬇️

⚠️ Dover buyers aren’t just competing against each other. They’re against:
🚀 Out-of-state remote workers
🏗️ Investors & developers
💸 Cash buyers
Meanwhile, the median household earns 40% LESS than what’s needed to afford a home.

The math ain’t mathing. ⬇️

💰 Dover’s median listing price: $1.03M, but that’s misleading.
🏡 3 homes under $500K
🏡 4 homes at $595K-$600K
🏡 6 million-dollar listings aren’t built yet
Temove overpriced, not-yet-built, the REAL median: $589K.
More homes = more affordability. ⬇️

Dover has at least 1,380 new housing units in the pipeline, and NH lawmakers are pushing reforms to fight “snob zoning.”
Will it be enough? What do YOU think? Let’s talk!

New Hampshire’s zoning laws are so bad that an 82-acre site (Fox Run Mall) is being redeveloped… without a single housing unit.
Why? Because the red tape is so thick developers don’t even bother. #NHRealtor #HousingMarket

New Hampshire needs at least 1,750-2,300 more homes just to reach a balanced market right now! Meaning today.
That’s why affordability is warp speed collapsing. 🚀
