Double radicchio for tonight’s dinner

Is it still #Invertefest? Today at the beach I found a very cool common spider crab (Libinia emarginata) and some hypnotic wave/sand pattern interaction
A dried crab exoskeleton on sand. Both are a similar shade of light brown. Clear shallow water with wavelets breaking on clean sand. The seafloor is marked with gentle ridges from wave action. Another photo of the seafloor ridges with sunlight casting patterns across them through the waves.

Today’s breakfast: hemp heart butter on a Stone & Skillet English muffin with a small cup of cherry-kale smoothie
The muffins are presented on an oblong celadon plate edged in darker green leaf motifs. The smoothie is in a Japanese teacup of robin’s-egg blue porcelain. Both items sit on a tabletop of highly polished burled wood inlaid with lighter wood designs of peony and aquilegia.
