What's the frozen mini-croissant things as they look like they should be in a bad hotel's continental breakfast?

From earlier in the biography on Deng I'm reading is probably one of the best insights you can get into late-1960s/early 70s China.

Since nearly everyone involved with reform and opening had at least one run in with the Red Guards a written wouldn't need to look far for PODs.

Even Deng Xiaoping's son became a paraplegic after being beaten to an inch of his life by Red Guards.

Like theres so much wrong in the Prequels but the Jedi being useless is a great solution to Han Solo and the Imperial General both thinking the Force is mythical!

Maybe, though I actually think the Jedi sucking makes a lot of sense - they are supposed to be the champions of the galaxy, and yet they spend their time mostly in a big palace ignoring every warning sign about Palpatine and basically being invisible to the rest of the Galaxy

Fair enough - Been getting the 40K audio books and I do find it a very interesting universe and fun aesthetic.

I mean cathedral battleships in space is so silly and fun!

Ah, that's levels of nerdom I've not fallen into (yet)!

Wait?!? There's more Brian Blessed Warhammer 40K!

It was near the £2 Prince of Persia Warrior Within - which is ridiculously cheap for one of the most legendary video game trilogies of all time!

It's the big CEX in the City Centre - might check to see if I can get it on PC as I'm intrigued by a Tau First Person shooter!

Sadly my PS2 is up the loft in Fraserburgh otherwise absolutely would have bought it!

Can't imagine it's a forgotten Rogue Trader, but still what an iconic cast!

Yeah, unless you are doing a deconstruction - superheroes are awful - then the answer to "people made homeless due to Superman big battle" will be Superman works with Metropolis City Council to rehouse people.

It's like wanting a story about the servants on Mount Olympus.
