Yes, I found this:
Darkness makes you sleepy because it triggers the release of the hormone melatonin from the pineal gland in your brain. Darkness signals your body's circadian rhythm that it's time to rest, and melatonin helps regulate this sleep-wake cycle,

Oh, I had better let you go, then. I moved house every 18 months until I was 11. We stayed in one house for 5 years and another one for 3 years until I went to uni. I have been here for nearly 40 years. I don't want to move anymore!

Hi, Keri. Not too bad thanks. I am just a bit tired so have been doing jobs in the house. Are you OK? Did I see that you might have to move house?

That should definitely entered in @wulfhelm.bsky.social's #ShitBirdPhotos 😀

It is a very long time since I went to either of them. The road layout in Norwich has changed too - with lots of new roads to link up with the new access roads. My mother lives in the new houses near Bowthorpe. It was all trees and fields when I lived in Nodge.

Morning Charlotte of Nodge. Selected places in Norfolk - where? Wroxham, Cromer, Long Stratton?

I have been distracted by the fact that I was at school with the disgraced DJ Tim Westwood - in Norwich. It seems like a lifetime ago now. He is 2 years older than me though.

No, I have said more than enough already!

No, I did not work there for long. I noticed it because all damaged tins of food were meant to be sent back to the manufacturer. In this case there were 6 to choose from.

Yes, I briefly worked in a chicken packing factory too. It did not end well but they sold chickens under lots of different labels and to cruise ships.

Beautifully put, as always. You always get to the nub of the issue! 😀

Yes, he was creepy, especially when he smiled. I was amazed when I found out that he was a DJ in London.

I wrote that when I had just seen him on TV. His father was one of the priests at a big Anglican church in the city centre where we had our annual school carol service. He later became Bishop of Peterborough.

More than likely!

On a name-dropping note, I knew DJ Tim Westwood at school in Norwich. He is two years older than me. I always thought he was a bit odd.

That's all very well but has Captain Dash had his ice cream yet?
November 10, 2025 at 6:21 PM
Thanks, a billion dollars is a lot of money for the BBC to pay.
November 10, 2025 at 6:19 PM
Thanks, what do you think the repercussions could be? Trump said something to the effect that the UK is meant to be the closest ally of the US and it behaves like this!

It was a gateway song for the hard stuff like Molly Malone and Speed Bonny Boat!
