My mum in-law died from dementia, starved to death in affect - dementia isn't a terminal illness
My dad had circulation problems in his leg - multiple amputation to try and stop the rot
I'd love to agree with it but fear it has too many flaws and will 9nly be window dressing

Ive sat through three parents deaths - this wouldn't have helped in any way death isn't a pleasant experience for anyone
It doesn't give anyone a guarantee of a peaceful passing it will be a lottery on your illness
If we had a gold standard palliative care system I may feel different
