Try to get to Amsterdam, Lisbon, Vienna, Helsinki, or Wallonia (region of Southern Belgium). These are the most LGBT friendly places Europe. The way things are going we may soon give political asylum to American LGBT people.
I know you won't see this, but as someone who is trans, for many of us in the LGBT community this is easier said than done.
