The psychology of being a ref is off the scale. Oliver must watch the replays of the non-foul free kick he gave that led to their goal and MUST think "hmm, seems I got that wrong". Yet, he'll go out next week and make the same nonsense decisions again, never doubting himself. Bonkers behaviour.
